Dr. Connor Grimes is from just north of Charlottesville and grew up surrounded by family dogs for his whole life.
He has always had an interest in our pets and wildlife and graduated with his B.S. in Animal Sciences at Virginia Tech where he was president of the taekwondo club and tried to get and explore hikes around Blacksburg. He then received his DVM from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. While there he enjoyed learning about a wide variety of species and was active as a student ambassador to the community.
Dr. Grimes spent time at a busy practice in Lynchburg VA directly after graduation and joined us here at Betty Baugh’s in March 2020. In his free time, he enjoys visiting the climbing gym and exploring the bike trails around Richmond. He has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and ultrasonography.
