Dr. Thomas Gomes - Veterinarian

Dr. Thomas Gomes is a central Virginia native from Midlothian.

He graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in biology. Before attending veterinary school, he worked on a sheep farm. Dr. Gomes completed his veterinary degree in 2023 at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech). Upon graduation, he completed a one-year rotating internship in Fairfax. He moved back to the Richmond area to be close to his family. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and is most passionate about surgery, client education, building lasting relationships with clients, and preventive medicine.

Dr. Gomes lives with his wonderful fiancée and their three beloved pets (a red lab, a domestic short hair, and a crazy orange domestic long hair). In his free time, he enjoys running and playing board games and video games.
